Who runs Greenbank Employment Services (GES)?

GES is run by Greenbank, a registered charity whose mission statement is:

“To enhance the opportunities and status of people with disabilities through education, training, employment, transport, sport and recreation”

GES operates as a service of Greenbank College

What services are on offer?

• A guidance service to develop individual action plans with the aim of securing employment
• Work based projects on a contracted basis. Current programmes offer personalised help and support for unemployed people or people facing redundancy for up to 8 weeks (see Programmes for the Unemployed). Also longer term help and support for disabled people aged 16-24, living in Liverpool who aren’t in work or college (see NEET programme)
• Work placements and employment related courses as part of courses at Greenbank College
